My mother is 74 years old and she was visiting me from Japan this past month. Since three years ago, her blood pressure dropped dangerously low. Even as low as 70/40. And her pulse was 40 beats per minute. We were very worried about her and the doctors placed a pacemaker for her. While she was visiting, I noticed that her hands and feet were icy cold. She had to wear socks to sleep even in the middle of summer and cover herself up throughout the day with layers of clothing. Needless to say, I was very concerned and sad about her condition. I checked her blood pressure everyday and it was still 80/50 ad her pulse was around 46~50 beats per minute. The doctors had diagnosed her with irregular heart beat but I didn’t see much improvement from the treatment that they were giving her.

I decided to make an appointment for my mother with Dr. Cho. The first thing Dr. Cho suggested was that my mother take herbal medicine. And it obviously did the job because while she took it I noticed that my mother’s hands and feet were not as icy anymore. She complained less about her leg and low back pain, too. She started to get acupuncture treatments too, after and the treatments seemed to help a lot as well. Her blood pressure rosed to 118/72 and her pulse was 70. Absolutely amazing! She’ll be going back to Japan soon but I’m going to make sure that she takes another batch of herbs with her on the plane. Thank you, Dr. Cho for everything!
