Victoria Cho, L.Ac has received her Master of Science degree in Acupuncture and Herbology from Dong-Guk Royal University in Los Angeles with high accolades. Since then, she has continually striven to expand her scope of knowledge and treatment methods in Oriental medicine. She has earned her License of Acupuncture from the California board and serves as a board member of the NCCA. She also received her Doctoral Degree at the American Life University with a dissertation on “Systematic Research of Traditional Royal Acupuncture”.
Besides earning her degrees and licenses, Victoria Cho, L.Ac has continually furthered her knowledge and skills by attending various classes to learn different styles of acupuncture and her bology. She is trained in traditional acupuncture that had been used for the royal family, electro-acupuncture, and magnet therapy. Victoria Cho, L.Ac personally prescribes her herbal formulas and brews them at her clinic to ensure their quality and sanitation.
Victoria Cho, L.Ac also is a Diaplomate of Orthopedic Acupuncture and has studied extensively with Western orthopedic doctors. In combining her knowledge of Western orthopedic concepts and acupuncture, Victoria Cho, L.Ac is able to enhance treatment efficacy with a higher scientific basis. She is also a Diplomate of Internal Medicine for Acupuncturist, certified by the NBIMA. In the past, she has participated in various different programs at renown universities in Korea. Victoria Cho, L.Ac has been in on cological surgery observation rounds and participated in Easter/Western-integrated treatment of cancer research in at Daejeon University in Daejeon, South Korea. She also held an internship at the gynecology program at Dongguk University in Ilsan, and participated in general surgery observation rounds at Young Nam University as well.
Victoria Cho, L.Ac has comprehensive experience in chronic diseases and specializes in gynecological problems, including infertility and menopause, and diabetes and hypertension. She also researches in Oriental medicine for anti-againg, anti-cancer, and alleviation of chemotherapy-related symptoms. Following research, Victoria Cho, L.Ac develops mass-market herbal formulas.
